A few years ago, I faced an impossible choice: struggle alone under the mounting costs of my home, risk sharing it with a stranger, or downsize to a sterile apartment. Even with twenty years of experience as a Leadership Recruiter and manager - trained to read people and spot red flags - I discovered the real problem wasn't vetting skills. It was that no single place existed to find the compatible women I'd love living with. I founded CohabHaven to serve the growing number of us, single and/or divorced professionals, empty-nesters, and independent homeowners, who want the deep relief of sharing costs while building community.
